This new improved (less expensive!) extended release arm was designed for Rotary top Transmissions, but also works great on all Baker 6 in a 4 speed case Trannys, as well as all Ratchet top Trannys. It will not work with electric start models (it will work with some, but not on Factory e-start primaries). It is drilled in the end so you can fit a 1/4″ heim joint attached to your linkage. Works with most stock controls too – a great way to make a foot clutch work on your ‘sickle!
This shift lever is the same dimensionally as the generic imported levers that other vendors sell, but it is 100% MADE IN THE USA, and 100% 304 stainless steel, and curves to the rear to get it out of the way of your leg when stopped. A 3/8″-24 threaded stud allows you tio use whatever shift knob you want.

These pedals are highly polished, and made to be kicked. And kicked. Even if you have a stubborn bike, this pedal will be there for you. Made for all Big Twin and Ironhead Kicker arms, that utilize a pedal separate from the shaft.
Have you wanted to Jockey shift your 4 speed electric start bike, but couldn’t figure out a reliable way to make the cable work?? Here’s your answer! This kit includes a premium cable made especially for me, by a major USA cable manufacturer (no cheap imports here!).
Here’s how the kit works: you send me your left side foot control. I alter the lever that the shift linkage normally attaches to, and ship you back a system ready to bolt in place that is reliable and SMOOTH. I prefer to sell this kit by phone, so I can discuss the bike with the owner and avoid any unnecessary delays. Turnaround time is normally 1 week from the time I get your foot control, until I ship all of the components back to you to install. Installation is so easy, even Mikey could do it.
Note: If extra quick turn around time is needed, a premium charge may apply, as well as increased shipping costs for next day air, etc.
Having trouble getting your Outer Bearing Support to mount flat to your tranny, because the bearing is interfering with the Sprocket Nut? Well, these shims are your answer. Available in 1/8″, 3/16″, or 1/4″ thickness they will simplify your problem.
Have you ever rebuilt a 4 speed, and wished you could bench test it before you installed it back into the bike? Now you can!
This nut threads onto the mainshaft of a 4 speed trans, and allows you to attach a half-inch drill motor to it so the trans can be run. This allows you to be sure the shift forks are properly aligned, as well as test for leaks.
These plates are a great start to building your own mid controls, and will work with an open belted Shovel/Evo and a 4 speed trans. Each side is prick-punched for a peg location so that your pegs will be in line on both side of the bike, and you can adjust the location up or down as desired. Laser cut in steel, of course!
This pedal is the same size and shape as my brass knuckle kicker, but costs $40 less! Aluminum pedal spins on my own heavy-duty 1/2″ kicker shaft.
If you have a show bike, this pedal isn’t for you! The name says it all, debuted on my very own “Muskrat”. Aluminum pedal spins on my own heavy-duty 1/2″ kicker shaft.
