“FTF” Points Cover

This two piece points cover features a mirror finish stainless steel inner plate, and a raw steel outer plate that can be painted to suit your needs. Fits all 2-hole (horizontal) HD nosecones.

This taillight was developed for a customer who wanted a retro style bullet light, without the overwhelming size of a Caddy light. It is by far the brightest LED light available, and the bullet lens makes the light more visible from the side too. Like all of my lights, this is 100 percent machined and built in the USA. Even the LED is American. Available in a horizontal or vertical axlemount, or a horizontal or vertical weld-on mount.

Strong Arm Kicker Arm

This billet-steel kicker arm is cut and machined from a block of 1″ thick steel. It has zero offset, so it works great on bikes with a skinny figure in mind. Sweeping curves and speedholed make it fit into a variety of vintage motorcycle themes. Fits all HD 4 speeds from ’36 and up, as well as any aftermarket trans using a standard HD style kicker shaft. Perfect for Baker’s 6 into 4! Accepts any standard or aftermarket kicker pedal too.

Trans Mount Battery Box

Brand New! Trans Mount Battery Box that will allow you to mount any 4L or 5L series battery to your 4 speed trans. No welding required, and the mount will work on any 4 speed trans from 1936-1985. Fits swingarm frames as well as hardtails. Comes complete with the mount and battery hold-downs. KICK START ONLY! And, yes – it clears the release arm too. Remember, kids – this is a custom part. Interference with exhaust or oil tanks are possible, so if in doubt – ask questions!

Space Saver Fender Mount Kit

This is a new kit, designed to mount on fenders with very little clearance between the inside of the fender and tire. Simply drill a 3/8″ hole in the fender, and insert one of the threaded top-hat style inserts from the inside of the fender. Lightly tack it in place, and the outer bung will then mount to the outside of the fender with the button head screw that is supplied. 3/8″ diameter round stock can then be welded to the outer bung, or flat struts can also be welded to the bung (neither is included)

This little coil mount is designed to be used on Big Twins (Shovel or Evo) with open belt primary drives. It relocates the coil directly above the front drive pulley, and fits most standard coils. Shovelhead Hardtailing Service!

Own a titled ’70-’85 4 speed frame and want to build a nice bobber/chopper out of it? I can help. I will install your frame in my jig, check it to factory specs and correct any inconsistencies, and then build and weld on a hardtail section to mimmick the classic lines of a factory rigid frame. I use cast steel MADE IN USA axleplates that are identicle to stock HD plates, and all of my mandrel bent tubes will fit the frame like they were made for it, because they were.

Kit prices (if you have your own frame jig) are $550.00 plus shipping, and for that price you get a pair of axleplates, all of the pre-bent tubes, all of the machined details and connectors, as well as a drawing illustrating where the axleplates get located, relative to the rest of the frame.

I will install the kit for an additional $550.00, and when you get your frame back – it will look like it came from the factory as a hardtail, not like a cheap add-on. I spend as much time as needed with each frame to make sure my customers are happy when they recieve them.

Shipping is easy, and turn around time is 2 weeks from the time I recieve the frame. Sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less – so call if you want to discuss this option for your bike. Building on a titled frame saves lots of hassles registering the bike, and greatly improves resale values.
